“Ordered on line, was then called to say the goods we ordered they only had one of, so was offered a different size, which we took. Very helpful but they could have given us them at original price as it was their error. However charged an additional £5.”

“Disappointed that I ordered 2 plants to click and collect but was contacted to say out of stock despite website saying 4 in stock. However money refunded promptly. As always excellent service despite that”
