“Ordering online was easy and call from very helpful person at the garden centre to arrange delivery. However, we agreed a delivery date of the Friday when someone would be home and I explained it was a broth day present so I was planning to let the recipient know they had to be home at that point and clear access. The delivery then randomly turned up on a different day with no warning which caused all sorts of confusion. Clearly The issue was the couriers however would be helpful if they stuck to the agreed delivery date when you’ve gone to the trouble of calling me to ask what day is suitable. It’s huge and on a pallet, not like it’s a small box that can be left by the door.”

“As per my review of the Groundsman bassine broom, it would be nice if the site linked the broom to the correct associated handle. To be fair, the Groundsman site itself has the same omission. Other than that, delivery is efficient and the price is competitive.”

“Unfortunately when I received the package the courier had left it on its side at side of house. When we opened it one of the two stems was completely broken off and all the soil was all in the package. We gave the courier company a very bad report. So disappointed, dont know if rose is going to survived. Really hope so.”

“Well package. Very heathy plant with buds and brooms, the only thing that I did not give 5* because the new stems are still quite weak to tie them to trellis. Guess has to be a bit patient. Overall very happy customer.”

“The rose plants I bought were of very good quality and shipping was fast however I was not so happy in the manner they were packed and handled the box was distorted probably by the courier not taking care and after unwrapping each rose there was soil all over the main box and each rose had more than one of its lead stems snapped off they are all planted now and hopefully will recover.”

“I ran out of garden canes last week at a crtical moment. Last year I purchased some from you and was very disappointed in the quality - they were bent and inconsistent in length - so I arried at the service desk with bated breath but as soon as I saw them it was clear they were of a superior quality. Very happy.”
