“I ran out of garden canes last week at a crtical moment. Last year I purchased some from you and was very disappointed in the quality - they were bent and inconsistent in length - so I arried at the service desk with bated breath but as soon as I saw them it was clear they were of a superior quality. Very happy.”

“I bought the standing hare which is FANTASTICLY realistic !! The leg was broken in transit, so although no fault of the company I was given a £10 discount, which I thought very fair. Highly recommendeded if you're looking for "realistic " garden animals !!”

“Could not understand huge charge for delivery. However it was explained to me the pots were fragile and had to be sent on a pallet. I had not realised this. I was not sure when they were to be delivered so someone could be here to expect delivery (I am a disabled person). It would have been helpful to know. Apparently there is no tracking number to follow when it is a palette delivery. When I received the pots I am delighted with them. Superb appearance. The company were easily contacted and very helpful. I would consider buying again but would have to think about high delivery costs.”

“Excellent item (Bramblecrest Bistro set), brilliant dispatch time, however, the delivery guy wasn't particularly helpful and left the package in the front garden until I could get there to deal with it. Because, (I quote), 'the pallets can't go on gravel.' Not ideal when you're delivering to two elderly people and they only have their (decidedly bashed up) middle aged daughter to drag a huge parcel into the house and remove furniture/ dispose of enormous packaging alone for them.”

“Maybe my own fault if I missed the small print detail but although the boquet was very pretty it was so much smaller than I had expected and needed. Just be sure to read the detail.”

“The plants were good. However I bought exactly the same plants from elsewhere at exactly the same time (both wrapped the same way)and the others were slightly better quality but I would definitely buy from Old Railway Line again. Happy enough.”

“The three plants ordered arrived promptly but unfortunately the two plants packed together arrived later due to delivery error. It would be an improvement if plants were packed separately in proper plant boxes ie as david austin roses do as your delivery cost is quite high. However overall pleased with the plants purchased. Thank you.”
