“We are frequent visitors\customers to The old Railway garden centre. We like the huge range of products, all under one roof. The Christmas displays are amazing. The food is good in the restaurant, with good service. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Not been able to visit the garden centre in person as it is too far away from where we live, but it sounds a nice place to visit.”

“If something goes wrong with an order it’s the way a business deals with it that matters to the customer. I bought 5 packs of BonBon kola cubes as a repeat order. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they looked to have a manufacturing fault. When I contacted the Old Railway Line Garden Centre, they went above and beyond, not only refunding me in full, but forwarding my concerns to BonBon, who have also now been in touch. For great service, both for regular transactions and if there is ever an issue, the Old Railway Line Garden Centre has given 5 Star service.”

“Had all sorts of issues with the courier. Luke and Graham in customer service were excellent and really truely helpful for something that was not of their making, volunteered a refund of postage charges. Couldn't ask for more. The courier has not actually delivered the parcel. I went and collected”
