“Two out of three pots arrived in the expected condition, however one was broken on arrival. Very quick response and given choice of replacement or refund. Refund organised promptly. Would happily order from them again”

“I ordered a Christmas tree from old railway garden centre excellent service arrived quickly, although the tree was lovely unfortunately it was way too small for my living room, i rang them to return it where they were so helpful and made the whole process effortless, would definitely buy from there again and their customer service was brilliant.”
