“Order shipped quickly but sadly 3 of the baubles were in shreds .... glass baubles not the easiest to send!!!🎄 Thanks anyway.”

“The delivery service was the thing that let you down, maybe a little harsh as it is a very busy time but other services seem to be able to do next day delivery. But the parcel came and it was well packed so that no damage was done.many thanks John Kent”

“Really good service however I didn’t receive a confirmation email saying you had processed my order. I noticed the money was gone from my account however no communication on whether my order had been dispatched or anything. It was slightly concerning however happy with the product and that they have arrived!!”

“The instructions were a little sparse. It would help if there was a sketch of the items and identity how the items should be lined up in particular items with drilled holes e.g. the top angled sides on the roof needed the securing holes to be on the bottom. A little more detail would, I believe, be very helpful.”
