“Placed an order for 3 phormiums online. Plants delivered on time and exactly as described. Very healthy specimens. But what really stood out was the care of the packaging to ensure the plants arrived undamaged. Excellent value for money and would definitely buy from you again.”

“Order was quickly processed and sent out. I was shocked at the state of the Box it arrived in with fragile all over it and a huge box all battered!! Only to find a little card inside picturing all the staff and an explanation that they reuse all delivery boxes to send goods out. A lovely touch, well thought out . Thanks”

“We were pleased with how realistic the calf is; however, your advertised illustration stated it is 43cm standing, implying that it was 43cm tall, but it is actually 43cm in body length. Therefore, we were very disappointed about that.”

“purchase 2 bags of taylors swift first early seed potatoes from this garden centre. but unfortunately the potatoes had all ready stating sprouting and they were all soft to the touch. on informing the shop on line team of this issue. i spoke to graham on the team. and explained the problem with him. the response was excellent and i was reimburse the full amount of my payment. so a big thank you to all at the old railway line garden center *****”

“Great service from the actual Old Railway Line Garden Centre with great communication through email to assist my purchase. However they use Evri as their delivery company which I wasn’t aware of when I made my purchase. This meant that my pots didn’t arrive on time and when they were delivered they were left at my door blocking the doorway entirely despite seeing I was on crutches. Wouldn’t order again unless they used a different delivery company as Evri are unreliable and fail to deliver on time every time!”
