“The Briers boots arrived when expected but the packaging was poor, an old soft cardboard box filled with a sort of wood fibre, which meant the boots were folded and needed brushing. Apart from that, the product was very reasonably priced, and of good quality.”

“Ordered - 3 Florence strawberry plants… Delivered - 2 Florence and 1 Elsanta… Ok, not a problem… will give me some variety. They were not sufficiently root established in the pots… loose compost in the package. I have planted with mycorrhizal fungi… and crossed fingers they grow on well. The packaging was very good and secure. Just think they should consider the customer order and advise if unable to fulfil - as requested… let the customer decide. Send plants that are more established when in pots. I’m not unhappy and would use them again. Only lost 1 star…”

“The tiles looked multicoloured with pink and green in the photos but when they arrived they were almost all grey and plain so I am rather disappointed. I chose them because of the colours which isn’t there.”

“My order arrived in good time and I cannot criticise the amount of packaging to keep my purchase safe, however I have never seen such a packaging mess! It was astonishing. Little could be salvaged for reuse or recycling. The birdbath is lovely. I like that the top scews into the base, keeping it stable. Others that I looked at were criticised in reviews for lack of security unless using an adhesive.”

“Plants arrived on time. Two ivy plants, one damaged in transit. Emailed Co with photos and offered 25% immediate refund and reminder that plants guaranteed for 5 years so to contact them if any future problems with the plant. Good response in the circumstances.”

“We were pleased with how realistic the calf is; however, your advertised illustration stated it is 43cm standing, implying that it was 43cm tall, but it is actually 43cm in body length. Therefore, we were very disappointed about that.”

“purchase 2 bags of taylors swift first early seed potatoes from this garden centre. but unfortunately the potatoes had all ready stating sprouting and they were all soft to the touch. on informing the shop on line team of this issue. i spoke to graham on the team. and explained the problem with him. the response was excellent and i was reimburse the full amount of my payment. so a big thank you to all at the old railway line garden center *****”
