“Pretty good. Great to see plants thoughtfully and individually packaged using whatever scrap/reusable cardboard was available. Arrived in good condition and in little time. Would buy from again.”

“Easy to purchase and quick delivery. I only wish there was less packaging. Does compost need to be boxed? If it does, I'd like to see recyclable packing tape as it reduces non-recyclable waste and would save a lot of time removing it all to be able to recycle the card”

“Happy with the goods and products. However it was two small boxes wrapped in the most gigantic outer box I have ever seen and stuffed with shredded cardboard as padded support. Very excessive for plastic ornaments. Overall happy though.”

“I bought the Lumineo cool-white LED tree topper to replace one that packed-up 2 days before Christmas day! I ordered it first thing Thursday morning and it arrive first thing the next day, Christmas Eve. Thank you guys for getting it to me in time for the big day.”

“Very prompt service and all correct items received. Box/packaging was not very strong and arrived damaged and opened. Roll of wrapping paper which I ordered was but battered on the edges. I did phone to say about this. Would certainly use again but stronger boxes might be useful when sending a distance, as mine was.”

“Vouchers delivered in just over a week. Lovely cards with them- thank you. It would be even better if we were sent a confirmation email, or notification when dispatched as I wasn’t sure how long it should take and was worrying incase they had got lost in transit.”

“Did very well as I had been looking for the pots I purchased since May 2021 without success. Only reason I marked down 1 star, was for the price of plants which we noticed when we went for a look around as hadn’t been there before. Saying this many garden centres are becoming very expensive for plants.”
