“Seed potatoes adequate but 50% were extremely small. However they have been planted and we’ll see how they do when grown.”

“Boxing and plants well protected but having Ervi as the delivery agency they was appointing late delivery unable to stand boxes correct event which sticker Indecated which direction to stand parcel”

“Plants arrived on time. Two ivy plants, one damaged in transit. Emailed Co with photos and offered 25% immediate refund and reminder that plants guaranteed for 5 years so to contact them if any future problems with the plant. Good response in the circumstances.”

“We were pleased with how realistic the calf is; however, your advertised illustration stated it is 43cm standing, implying that it was 43cm tall, but it is actually 43cm in body length. Therefore, we were very disappointed about that.”

“purchase 2 bags of taylors swift first early seed potatoes from this garden centre. but unfortunately the potatoes had all ready stating sprouting and they were all soft to the touch. on informing the shop on line team of this issue. i spoke to graham on the team. and explained the problem with him. the response was excellent and i was reimburse the full amount of my payment. so a big thank you to all at the old railway line garden center *****”

“Egg swing chair is very comfortable, chosen after we had flight tested many, this was the best. Came well packed, easy to assemble, only down side was I had to remind them to send the chair cover I had also ordered. Came a few days later, no biggy.”

“The dark blossom green pot saucers arrived on time and were very well packed so none were damaged. They are the exact colour I was looking for, however, a little disappointed that the size (25cm and 30 cm) is for the top rim diameter and not the base diameter. I have managed to use the three saucers but now need a 35cm for my largest pot.”

“The delivery time reasonable considering the weather conditions. The item arrived in the expected condition. However, a lot of packaging was used (a small box inside a larger one) which resulted in a lot of paper and cardboard to get rid of when I thought the smaller box alone would have sufficed.”

“Ordered 50 stones, they were delivered promptly and are exactly what I wanted. The plants I ordered were delivered with the stones, there was two plants which I’m doubtful if they will come to anything, but I suppose buying at this time of year is a bit early!”

“Ordered 2 Salvador garden dining chairs plus a small glass patio table. It all arrived by lorry on a pallet, kerbside delivery. On unpacking one of the chair legs was damaged and seat pads were missing, however on contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and organise a replacement chair and seat pads. This all arrived this morning all correct, the delivery man even brought them into the building for me. On the whole an excellent service from The Old Railway Line Garden Centre, would not hesitate to order from them again, as the prices are very competitive and the customer service was excellent. I have given 4stars as I thought the delivery charges were a bit expensive, but on the whole very satisfied with the products and service.”
