“Great quick service and delivery. Plants well wrapped and packed for their transport. I'd have liked some info on how to care for them until they are ready for planting out and was going to email about that; if someone can let me know about how dry / damp they should be and when plannted out that'd be 5 stars. Thanks!”

“Rose arrived promptly but despite the label clearly marked handle with care the box was quite bashed about and some of the branches were broken, no doubt they will recover but it made it look a bit of a poor specimen which was a shame as it was a present for someone”

“We come to your garden centre quite regularly in the summer season because we have a caravan near you. We love eating in your gorgeous restaurant, as well as wandering around your plants and taking a look in your shop. Your Christmas theme is the best I’ve ever seen. My favourite buy is your reed diffusers. We had them delivered this time, they came in super quick time and wrapped securely.”

“My package arrived, absolutely soaked and box was falling apart but thankfully biscuits were ok - replied to your delivery company ‘how did we do’ but heard nothing back! Biscuits are fabulous but I would change my delivery company if I were you! Claire Rawson”

“I was very pleased to be able to order my annual RGSdiary from a small private ouletrather than Amazon. You were very prompt in acknowledging the order but, not surprisingly,EVRI took a few days to deliver, Royal Mail would certainly have been both cheaper and quicker!!”
