“Nice dog toy, purchased as a Christmas present for my son's dog so hope she likes it. Looks well made I did find postage a bit expensive”

“Very prompt service and all correct items received. Box/packaging was not very strong and arrived damaged and opened. Roll of wrapping paper which I ordered was but battered on the edges. I did phone to say about this. Would certainly use again but stronger boxes might be useful when sending a distance, as mine was.”

“Vouchers delivered in just over a week. Lovely cards with them- thank you. It would be even better if we were sent a confirmation email, or notification when dispatched as I wasn’t sure how long it should take and was worrying incase they had got lost in transit.”

“Did very well as I had been looking for the pots I purchased since May 2021 without success. Only reason I marked down 1 star, was for the price of plants which we noticed when we went for a look around as hadn’t been there before. Saying this many garden centres are becoming very expensive for plants.”

“Very pleased with the climbing rose so far, although the inner package was upside down which meant the rose was standing on it's highest stem during delivery and caused a bit of die-back.”

“I was sold a ripped bag that wasn’t sealed back properly so I had to clean up the mess but the potting grit worked well great drainage.”

“Very helpful arranging delivery to Isle of Man (a lot of garden centres won't, or charge silly prices for delivery). Arrived pretty promptly. The plant (buddleja) was a bit worst for wear, but probably due to delays with the courier as it was very well wrapped.”

“Bought Flower and White giant meringues which came promptly and were very well packed but unfortunately the meringues in 2 of the boxes were broken/smashed the 3rd was fine.( I realise that meringues must be very hard to send as you don’t know how they will be handled whilst in transit). The old railway line garden centre kept me informed & as I said the delivery was very prompt.”
