“I love going round the store most visits but at Christmas it is something really special. I am always spoilt for choice and have to limit myself as far as purchases go. We always eat in the restaurant where the food is freshly cooked and is served by very pleasant staff. All the staff at the garden centre are most helpful and always wear a smile. It is a great place to visit all year round and exceptional at Christmas.”

“This was my first online purchase with Old Railway Line Garden Centre. There's fun pictures of jolly staff and a store selling items I can't get regularly now. Speedy delivery. Fantastic! But... PLEASE change how you package your items when shipping. Receiving my purchases with LOTS of old plastic 'refuse'; torn bags, product wrappers, old shrink-wrap packaging, bits of bin bags etc., is not what I'd expect from a modern day company. As a company you can recycle your plastics better than I can, so why send it to customers as eco-packaging? It all ended up in my bin.”
