“Plants came in great condition, with timely delivery. Although I was overcharged on postage because of the way the website is set up (extra postage per unit), I was refunded most of it when I made them aware of it.”

Dear Mr Dickerson, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order with us online. Thank you for making us aware of the incorrect, large delivery charge on your order, this was unfortunately missed when processing your order. We have now refunded £50.00 of the delivery charge to reflect the correct delivery charge. In regards to the plastic used to wrap the plants; this plastic is all recycled from our previous deliveries and used as packaging to avoid it being needlessly thrown away before having a second use. Using this plastic also avoids us contributing to the need to purchase new packaging. We value your business and would be grateful if you could revise your review to reflect the resolutions to your concerns raised. “I was so impressed, we had pre-ordered bags of John Innes No2 compost to be collected by us on our visit. We arrived just after 10.00am, which was ideal for our Border Collie to enjoy a shortcrust biscuit in your dog-friendly cafe, whilst wife & I enjoyed our Latte's & toast. After making various selections of plants etc, made our way to the check-out, mentioned the compost to be collected and immediately a trolley with our compost was following us to the car park! That's the way to do it!!!! Thank you so much for making us feel welcome.”

“The Garden Centre were competitive, fast and efficient and their packaging was appropriate. Unfortunately the product that we brought did not meet expectations. It is being advertised by the manufacturer as virtually impossible for starlings and pigeons to eat from. We have never had so many starlings in out garden since we put this up.”
