“Sorry to say delivery took a while, the box was very battered and the handbag still had the security tag on it. Not the best when it's needed for a holiday asap.”

“Can't praise old Railway Line enough for their excellent customer service. There was a slight confusion with the wrong dress arriving last week, however I was called directly to rectify and my dress arrived today. They were so quick to contact me and sort it out and that makes a huge difference. Sometimes things do go wrong (we are all human after all) but their swift action and attention was next level. Thank you I will certainly be shopping with you again.”
