“Lovely flower troughs delivered in good time at reasonable price. But packaging hugely excessive and very wasteful and completely unnecessary. One box with bubble wrap would gave sufficed instead of four boxes.”

As previously informed you; the boxes and packaging used are all recycled from deliveries we have received from companies as part of our commitment to reduce our impact on the planet, we see waste as one of the most important ways for us to reduce our impact on the environment. In the case of the 2 x terracotta glazed planters you ordered, we prioritise their safe arrival to prevent any damage during transit. Unfortunately, we have had instances where similar items arrived damaged when packed together, which is why we chose to use separate packaging for these fragile items. We hope you understand our need to use packaging on such fragile items and see that the packaging used was all recycled. Our intention is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, and we hope you can understand our cautious approach. We are constantly striving to balance environmental responsibility with product protection. “I tried locally in Norfolk to buy a cover for my garden suite, nowhere had one, found one online with Old Railway Garden Centre, they posted it out and we received it super quick. Very happy with service, like it they reuse old cardboard boxes for deliveries, doing their bit with recycling. Highly recommended!”
