Dear Lesley, We are sorry to hear you have left a 1-star review and have stated you have not yet received your order. We have checked the tracking information for your order which states it was delivered on Friday 17th February, two weeks ago. The courier has provided an image showing where the parcel was delivered as well as their GPS location by your address. Please can you check with any other household member or neighbour who may have accepted the parcel. As the parcel has been delivered, we hope that you will be willing to revise your review as our customer reviews are very important to us. “Ordered 50 stones, they were delivered promptly and are exactly what I wanted. The plants I ordered were delivered with the stones, there was two plants which I’m doubtful if they will come to anything, but I suppose buying at this time of year is a bit early!”

“Ordered 2 Salvador garden dining chairs plus a small glass patio table. It all arrived by lorry on a pallet, kerbside delivery. On unpacking one of the chair legs was damaged and seat pads were missing, however on contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and organise a replacement chair and seat pads. This all arrived this morning all correct, the delivery man even brought them into the building for me. On the whole an excellent service from The Old Railway Line Garden Centre, would not hesitate to order from them again, as the prices are very competitive and the customer service was excellent. I have given 4stars as I thought the delivery charges were a bit expensive, but on the whole very satisfied with the products and service.”
