“Absolutely 5 star treatment, absolutely cannot fault anything with my order! I had ordered 2 Viola's (Scented Rebecca's) as a gift for my mother (Rebecca being the name of her daughter she sadly lost before having me so it has sentimental meanings behind the choice). They were extremely well cared for plants beforehand, and during transit to us as we're extremely well packaged. I had left a short gift message to be included and it was handwritten on a lovely card included and packed with care by Jack so a massive thank you Jack, you have really ensured my order arrived with utmost due care! I'm so pleased to have this treasure of a gem of a garden centre, I will be sure to order from again, follow on socials and I really hope to physically get to visit your beautiful garden centre in person some point in the near future! Thank you so much from a very greatful and very happy customer! Samantha x”
