“First time I’ve used old Railway Line Garden Centre. Very good and quick service. Had a problem with one of the items . Quickly sorted out over the phone. And replacement item sent promptly. Would recommend and will be my go to for other items”

“I paid for next day delivery though the wrong plants were sent. Spoke with the company the codes were in correct on their website. I had to re package the plants for Evri to collect the next day. The day after the correct plants arrived. Whilst the company were friendly it was their error and the customer experience wasn't the best. I'm sure it wasn't the first time these plants were sold incorrectly. I paid for next day delivery and had to wait two consecutive days for a collection and a re delivery.”
