“The garden centre were especially helpful in ordering the terracotta pots. They contacted me to explain that there were very small chips to the base of two pots ( sending images to show the extent) and explained that if I was happy to continue with the order then they would further reduce the price of the affected items. Delivery options were offered and adhered to and pots received in perfect condition. Overall, a shining example of excellent customer service.”

“The big companies should take heed of the customer service given by the team at the old railway line garden centre. I placed an order online,two days later they called to say they were handling the order and they then gave me a choice of delivery dates. I was asked to call them on the delivery day so they could give me a better idea of the delivery time. I did , they called the courier and called me back with a two hour delivery slot. The items were delivered as said. Great customer service.”
