“Lovely product prompt delivery however did feel the delivery charge was high approximately 50% of actual product cost ! would have loved, and been more than happy, to opt for a cheaper slower option.”

“Visited to see particular water feature and as it was not on display assistant took our phone number and said she would ask her manager. She obviously did not do this but fortunately in a phone call a week later, got through to someone who was much better informed. Would have given 5 stars but for the inconvenience! Delighted with service and product otherwise.”

“I am pleased with the quality of the cloches and their shape. I could not understand what the "length" was with the result that when I found it meant "diameter" they are slightly tight for my vegetable flower pots. However that apart I am delighted with them.”

“this was good sized plant and was delivered very quickly unfortunately it had been crammed into the box which meant that all the flowering stems had snapped off - obviously it will put on new growth but I was a little disappointed overall sorry”

“Very pleased with the garden furniture. Unfortunately the driver was on his own so my 84 year old husband had to help unload it when it said on the items that it required at least two people to unload it.”

“Hi. Myself and husband went to your Garden Centre today, and we had a lovely lunch in your Restaurant. The food was excellent, but the only small thing I would like to say, is that I am on Slimming World and unfortunately I couldn’t have a pudding. I would have loved a mixed fruit salad. Perhaps you could add this to your menu. Thanks, Mrs Baker.”

“I always enjoy visiting the Old Railway Line Garden Centre, browsing the plants and having a cuppa. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only small criticism I have is that in the food section there is a significant mark-up on products that are cheaper elsewhere - and I don’t mean ‘supermarket style products but ‘local’ products.”

“Bought two metal sunflowers which are great,well made and good size. Would have given 5 stars but felt the petals needed more paint( which I have done!) would recommend”
