“Could not understand huge charge for delivery. However it was explained to me the pots were fragile and had to be sent on a pallet. I had not realised this. I was not sure when they were to be delivered so someone could be here to expect delivery (I am a disabled person). It would have been helpful to know. Apparently there is no tracking number to follow when it is a palette delivery. When I received the pots I am delighted with them. Superb appearance. The company were easily contacted and very helpful. I would consider buying again but would have to think about high delivery costs.”
