“Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for the "(18cm)" Serrated Paring Knife that you sent, It is a very useful addition to my kitchen utensils and I am very happy with it. It was not 24.5cm long as mentioned above in your Review Form however, I would be very interested in purchasing a 24.5cm Serrated Paring Knife of the same quality as the 18cm "VINERS" Serrated Paring Knife that I received from you if you have one available. If you are able to supply me with a Sharp Serrated 24.5cm (approximately) Knife, which has Serrations on both sides of the blade, not Flat on one side and Serrated on the other, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me. Yours sincerely, Gerald Tindale.”

“How refreshing to be able to speak to someone on the phone at The Old Railway Line. No AI and recorded messages at all. It was such excellent personal service and seemingly a family run business which offered a really keen desire to help and assist with any issues.”

“I'd been looking for light coloured metal shelving like this for a small conservatory extension and was delighted to find Old Railway Line Garden Centre stocked it, although I've purchased the last one! It's heavy, but was so well packaged it arrived safe with no damage and looks lovely in it's new home.”
