“It was clearly evident that the three plant pot saucers I'd ordered had been packed with great care (by Dan) and in a way that would ensure that they would be protected from damage. I appreciated this very much. For your information, the largest of the saucers broke into six pieces during transit. I have informed Parcel Force of my disappointment and described the considerable care that was taken by ORLGT and the prominent use of FRAGILE labels.”
