“Very thorough examination and scan service. The nurse spotted an abnormal mole I would never have seen myself. All removed and dealt with very quickly. Phew!”

“Laura made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing and what she found in clear and concise terms. She put my mind at rest explain the possible causes ands what to do going forward. She was good on her follow up with the results and made it clear she was available if I wanted to discuss the results in more detail once I had seen the written report. She also referred me for the follow-up appointment for treatment”

“Easy to arrange the appointment (and to change the date). I saw Laura who was brilliant; professional and very knowledgeable. She was practical, reassuring and when she got my report, telephoned me to take me through it and again reassure me. All the staff were charming and helpful and the report was clear and instructive. Very highly recommended all round and well worth the costs.”

“I had been to another clinic in London previously but the service here was extremely thorough - even to the point that there was an small area on my face which although no mole I was concerned about but had forgotten to mention. I emailed and they managed to fit me in the next day for a 5 minute consultation with no extra charge, and the the results were ready and they went through them with me there and then. Thank you.”

“The procedure was quick and the doctor was very helpful and explained everything as I was slightly anxious. I owukdvt liked to him to stress the importance of the aftercare more. Cleaning the wound and not just putting Vaseline on it as mine got infected. I went to a pharmacy and they told me What to do so it was ok. I’m very pleased with the scar and the work that was done.”
