“It was great to have all my moles checked rather than going to the GP about something specific as it turns out the one I worried about is OK but I have others that need to be checked. Also having 45 minutes means I was able to ask lots of questions and get some really good advice about care going forward.”

“Convenient and thorough skin mole check conducted in a professional manner. However, I did not find the Telederm service satisfactory at all. The software generated report recommended 'urgent' review by a specialist which concerned and worried me unduly as there was nothing wrong with the moles once they were reviewed in person by a specialist. The technology used for Telederm is not accurate enough to warrant the cost in my view.”

“My screening nurse put me at ease on the day, and was very approachable and friendly. She was incredibly professional and thorough. The follow up report was very detailed and clear.”

“The experience was great, the nurse (Julia) did a thorough (much more thorough than expected!) whole body screening. I am still waiting for my results 4 days later which is slightly frustrating but made slightly more bearable by the friendly and very apologetic staff.”

“Reception staff were friendly. The nurse who did mine and my daughter's mole check was efficient and pleasant. Hopefully the moles I was concerned about will not turn out to be melanomas but if they are I feel I have a head start in dealing with them.”
