“I was booked in for mole mapping and full body check but the software for the mapping was out of action, so I just had the full body check and they prefunded me the difference. It was worth attending as the body check is the expertise and the nurse was thorough and informative, respectful, and reassured me about my skin. Most what I thought were moles were actually not so I had been worrying about the wrong ones. She found one I had never even noticed before which is one of three she ended up referring to the consultant. I felt the toilets in Oxford Street would benefit from a refurb and there were lots of cables in the exam room under the desk which looked untidy. I was however entirely happy with the full body map and the discussion with the nurse. I was seen on time. I felt comfortable throughout the examination.”

“The service from start to finish was excellent. From reminder texts to the thorough examination by an experienced nurse who gives you a full, explanation of what they find. The extra costs though are not fully explained prior to the initial examination. IE any images taken of suspicious lesions are an extra cost for each one along with any further investigations of those lesions. However, all in all and if you have insurance to cover the costs accrued, I would thoroughly recommend 'The Mole Clinic' to others. Keep a close watch of your skin.”

“Very thorough assessment of all my moles from a clinically trained nurse. She explained the procedure very well. She also put in effort to educate me on what she was looking for when assessing my moles so I would be extra vigilent between visits to check my own. Only feedback I have would be to make patients aware that it is £30 for each mole photographed to be sent away and looked at by a doctor on top of the assessment fee.”

“The actual appointment was better than excellent- very professional but also caring - I felt that I was in safe hand. I have dropped a star because my initial appointment was cancelled at short notice due to staff sickness, I understand that this couldn't have been predicted but not why there was no cover, this being a large-ish business with a number of clinics across London.”

“Excellent nurse/examiner Tania - friendly, courteous and clearly explained concerns and process. Would recommend. London Bridge (Weston Street) clinic small and uber-staffed however. Would not be pleasant at busy times.”

“Despite being early the appointment was 10mins late and a lot shorter than expected. However, the nurse was friendly, professional and quite thorough in her examination. She clearly explained the various markings on my skin and why they were there e.g. age, sun etc. she did give me time for questions so perhaps had I any issues or further questions the appointment would have been longer. I would recommend this service and will use again.”
