“On arrival for my appointment the staff at reception were very polite and efficient (Moorgate branch) The nurse was also really great, she explained everything really well, her confidence and manner made me feel very relaxed. However booking the appointment and confirmation was rubbish! I got sent two emails with no confirmation of the time or where the appointment was. I also received two texts which I deleted from my phone because I thought they might be a scam….the reason I thought this is because just a telephone number came up, no name, no time or address! How the hell am I supposed to know who that is?!? I knew I had an appointment because I’d written it in my diary but hadn’t written the address down. I rang the main number on the website on the morning of my appointment to tell them this and to find out where and when my appointment was. The person on the other end of the call wasn’t particularly responsive but at least I got the details I needed to be able to attend.”

“When we sat in the London Moorgate reception waiting for the screening we were passed by several members of staff who completely ignored us, not even a friendly smile let alone a greeting! However the actual screening was undertaken by a friendly and efficient nurse. I now have peace of mind in knowing that my moles aren't a problem at the current time and in knowing what potentially cancerous changes to look out for.”

“As always it’s a fuss free and easy experience. From Tom at reception to Claire who does the examination it was all very straightforward. We have been going for several years now. Having had grown up in hot sunny climates it gives us great confidence that our skin is being checked over regularly!”

“An expert screening service to check for signs of skins cancer. The screening nurses are alway professional, polite and very knowledgeable. If there are any potential issues the clinic is able to refer images of suspect moles to specialist dermatologists and get a diagnosis back to you within 24 hours with a full report. This can then be shared with your doctor. Overall a great service.”

“I have to admit to being a bit sceptical with the process and half expected an obvious suggestion to take up further treatment(s) at additional cost. However the body check was very thorough, the nurse explained if she thought there were any specific concerns regarding moles / lesions. At the end I was given the option to progress follow up either through my own GP or with a consultant at the clinic, (at extra cost). A report was provided that I could use to show my GP but if anything that could have been more detailed and the photos taken of the areas of concern could have been part of the report. But all in all the appointment gave me the information / peace of mind that I needed and the nurse was first class.”

“I attended for a Full Body Skin Check, and found a friendly and professional environment. The process was explained to me, my questions were answered and I was given a thorough examination. My nurses, Ali and Sandra, were excellent. And I received a comprehensive report the following day. Recommended.”

“Really impressed with the ease and speed of this place. Was able to book in for a same day appointment and got the results a day later. Worth every penny for a quick diagnosis and to ease my worries. The staff on the phone, at reception and the screening nurse were all helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Would use again (but hope I don’t have to!).”

“Great service and truly good for peace of mind. The nurse was absolutely lovely too. I just wish it wasn’t so prohibitively expensive, as a check up if we’re lucky to be healthy costs a lot to start with, and every little issue found comes at an extra price (not even to be treated, just checked).”
