“Do not use this service. Rude, rushed, no human kindness, overpriced. Unprofessional, the nurse was waiting at reception as I arrived and kept me waiting as she discussed the type of discount she'd get on the skin care range offered at the clinic. She then rushed through my examination without explaining anything to me. Then charged me extra for two moles to be examined by a doctor. WHat did I pay her to do?? Go to a GP and get a referral to another specialist.”

“I attended TMC on short notice (2days from booking). I was visibly anxious about a new patch I had recently discovered and Nurse Dawn could see that. She made every effort to comfort me and made me feel at ease. The results were emailed within 24 hours. I highly recommend this service.”

“A good service for peace of mind. The nurse I had was very thorough and I felt any problems I had were talked through well. The nurse sent a few off for further analysis and I should hear in a few days if they need further action.”

“Managed to book a quick appointment at the Mole Clinic for a single Mole Report. The nurse was very welcoming and helpful, I received a report the same day regarding a concerning mole I have and now await an appointment to see an NHS specialist following an urgent referral from my GP. I am extremely worried however I cannot recommend the Clinic enough.”
