Attended the Harley Street clinic and Susie the mole nurse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
However, Mole Clinic didn't answer phone for 20 mins or reply to the website message the day before the appointment resulting in a joint appointment time being only for 1 person (as only 1 nurse and 1 camera) and a wait for an hour before the 2nd person was seen. Also left waiting in unmanned reception and had to go and find Mole Clinic in the multi-occupied building at the appointment time.
