I was booked in for mole mapping and full body check but the software for the mapping was out of action, so I just had the full body check and they prefunded me the difference. It was worth attending as the body check is the expertise and the nurse was thorough and informative, respectful, and reassured me about my skin. Most what I thought were moles were actually not so I had been worrying about the wrong ones. She found one I had never even noticed before which is one of three she ended up referring to the consultant. I felt the toilets in Oxford Street would benefit from a refurb and there were lots of cables in the exam room under the desk which looked untidy. I was however entirely happy with the full body map and the discussion with the nurse. I was seen on time. I felt comfortable throughout the examination.
