“I was impressed with a number of things at The Mole Clinic; 1) The professionalism shown by the nurse that I saw, she was informed & considered in her responses & advice 2) The turnaround time for my results (which inlcuded having a photograph sent to a specialist) & 3) The fantastic website, booking experience & staff at reception. Thank you, I will return for an annual check up and have also advised my husband to & family to attend.”

“The mole clinic was great. I found it clean and modern with very polite, informative staff. The nurse was professional and thorough, and when I was advised to take further action it was done quickly and sensitively. My only qualm would be that it seemed a bit expensive, but I live abroad and have little to no experience of uk healthcare costs, so that might be a very unfair comment. Thanks to everyone at the mole clinic!”

“A professional and informative service. I was able to have all my moles examined and explained in detail. As it turned out my moles were fine, however there was a query on something else on my face. I was able to take my report, which arrived within 24hrs via email, and take it to my GP. I have now been referred to a specialist to investigate my skin further. I originally booked this appointment because I was unsure about one of my moles. This in fact turned out to be perfectly okay. However the query on something else would never have occured to me had I not been at the clinic for another reason. The Nurse, Rebecca was excellent and very informative. I would not hesitate to return on an annual basis for the 45 minute check which I think is excellent and put my mind at rest. Thank you.”

“The staff were very kind and friendly. The nurse who saw me was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and I'm very happy to have discovered them. I will definitely be returning yearly for my check ups.”

“Excellent service as usual. The nurse was both really knowledgeable and really friendly. As someone who has had a malignant melanoma removed in the past, I want to feel confident that I have been very thoroughly examined. I always come away with that confidence. On this occasion there were a couple of things that needed close/ further examination and I have been sent to my skin specialist for one follow up item. I'll do that quickly and will feel much better for having done so. I'd strongly recommend this service to anyone and have done so on numerous occasions.”

“Rebecca Maxwell is an asset to your business. Outstandingly professional. Knowledgeable and equipped with a great bedside manner she she should be held up as a guiding example to other medical professionals on how to do their job. However you need to sort out your appointment reception. Takes forever on the phone to make an appointment and who on earth requests a deposit these days for a medical appointment ??!???”

“The consultation was very thorough and the report was received 24 hours later. Last year on my first visit to "The Mole Clinic", they correctly reported that I had melanoma on my shoulder. This early diagnosis meant I was able to have it removed at an early stage ( 1a). I can not thank this clinic enough for this correct diagnosis.”

“Whilst General Practitioners and Consultants can spot unstable moles/lesions , when they are large and progressing , the full scale Mole Clinic examination can identify suspicious skin issues at an early stage , thereby providing a warning, enabling monitoring or removal , before any serious health risk might ensue.”

“I have now visited the Mole Clinic twice. It is easy to find, being less than a stone's throw from Oxford Circus tube station. I have found all the staff courteous, efficient and helpful. Both the specialist nurses I have seen have been extremely thorough and conscientious. Despite the Christmas period intervening, the report from the dermatologist who assessed two atypical moles which were identified arrived very quickly. I thoroughly recommend the clinic.”
