“Well, the wood arrived within the time frame. We have now decanted it all to our wood shed and there is not as much wood as I would have hoped for, I suspect two builders bags would contain the same amount of wood. Moisture content is excellent and none of the logs are too big so all good there.”

“Ash logs - working really well and quality is good. Delivery could be a bit better as it "suddenly" arrived. Maybe suggest a text the a day or 2 before, notifying of the exact delivery date! I'll still buy from TLWC despite delivery hiccups.”

“whilst the quality of the wood is good ,I was surprised when driver arrived to deliver at 6 pm without any previous advise that delivery would be made on that day , as well that I was at home. driver did well to deliver 960 kg on his own . I had to lend a hand., probably due to slope.”

“A full pallet of Oak logs was well priced and delivered on a date specifically requested by me. I have only ever used Birch before (from another source), and to be honest I am disappointed at how dirty the oak logs are. Many with moss growing on them and loose particles. The Birch logs look scrubbed by comparison. I was concerned that they might not be as dry as I am accustomed to for kiln dried logs, however, my moisture meter shows they are very dry and they burn beautifully and smell sweet. I think Oak is worth the premium over Birch, but will likely use my previous supplier next time around to see if their oak is less messy.”

“All great wood of given 5 star but had no notification email or tex when the delivery was due. Luckily someone was at home when the driver wanted to deliver the palette. Driver was very helpful with putting the pallett high on the drive.”
