When I read the receipt of my order I saw that the postcode was not only wrong but it was written in a form that does not exist. This was very careless and when I spoke to one of your people she tried to blame me for writing what was an impossibility. Fortunately the postal service was able to make sense of the address and I received the two light bulbs. J Shaw.
