“Our connetix arrived very quickly and was packaged in an environmentally friendly way. Plus a money off voucher for next time! The set we bought was competitively priced and quite hard to find elsewhere.”

“I absolutely love the Kid Collective! I’ve ordered from them 3 times this month and they have the most excellent customer service :D they’re so kind! “I ordered a birthday present for my grandson who I haven't met yet a Londji puzzle. My order was dealt with and delivered very quickly - it was good not to have to buy something here in New Zealand and worry about whether it's going to arrive in time. Will def buy from The Kid Collective again!”

“Another amazing set of toys delivered from The Kid Collective. My order took a while to arrive but that is because Royal mail stopped the box at the Bristol depot for quite a long time. I contacted The Kid Collective and they sent royal mail an enquiry. The tracking showed the delivery was moving again and got delivered the next day. Parcel wrapped well and all the toys now waiting for Birthdays in the next few weeks. Thanks The Kid Collective :)”

“Further to my Fuzzy Face review where the toy was faulty: Within hours of posting my poor review, I was contacted by the good people at The Kid Collective regarding the faulty toy. I was given a full refund and a most sincere apology. Rarely have I experienced such good customer service as this and they obviously care a great deal about customer satisfaction. I will definitely use The Kid Collective again and I am happy to give 5 stars. Thank you for a great service!!”

“I bought my grandson a "fuzzy face" toy but unfortunately, it didn't work as the magnate wasn't strong enough to pick up the iron filings held within the drawing toy. TKC quickly refunded my money which in my opinion is excellent customer service. I'm sure they do quality checks on the items they sell but you can't open every toy to see if the manufacturers have done their bit and not send out faulty items. Though we were disappointed the toy didn't work our faith was restored in TKK for their customer care.”
