“Wow Wow Wow I had a problem with delivery(no fault of kids collective) so I contacted The Kids Collective. I am not kidding you I had a reply back within an hour giving me the information I asked for. They said to contact them if any further problems. When the problem was resolved (it was the post office) I let The Kids Collective know. Again I had an almost immediate response. This makes me very confident ordering from them in the future. Contact with real caring people. Love the company and their products 😍”

“I don’t know how you did yet as the postman returned your parcel to another supplier. Your parcel was delivered and the other one was to be picked up both Royal Mail and left in the porch . Unfortunately he returned the wrong parcel to the other company. Trying to sort it out but not easy!”
