“Was let down by Amazon for an xmas present for my brothers grandson After waiting 3weeks then being told it may not arrive until after Xmas I needed to find an alternate supplier quick. Thank goodness I came accross The Kid Collective who made sure they had the item I wanted then suggested to be sure of delivery before Xmas choose premium delivery, which I did and received the Item the next day problem solved, would recommend the service to anyone especially AMAZON top marks THE KID COLLECTIVE keep up the good work. “Very poor customer service - I emailed for an update on delivery after a Christmas present item was already late. The reply was generic and said there were delays because of black Friday (?!) - the reply didn't answer my specific question about date but just it would arrive "before Christmas" (wasn't my question- I needed it by Monday because we are away for Christmas). I emailed again and again over weekend to say they hadn't answered my question, that I really needed to know it it would arrive on Monday and I'd need to order it from somewhere else if not. I heard nothing, it was so stressful. Then, after parcel arrives (thankfully, on the Monday) I finally get an email from them saying it had arrived (hardly news any more). I asked to make a complaint and they are polite but just don't really get it - in my apology email they got the facts wrong about the issue I was complaining about. These days you can buy the same things from virtually any website - the only thing that differentiates is customer service and trust. Kid Collective are very poor on both.”

Hello, I am very disappointed to hear you are unhappy with your experience. I've taken a look at your order and can see that you ordered on the 9th Dec, and we fulfilled on the 12th Dec. You had selected a standard Royal Mail service, which was then delivered to you on the 15th. At this time of year delays are to be expected unfortunately, and we do offer express services for when items are needed in a hurry, but I am pleased that your order did arrive with you in time. Once parcels are in the hands of our delivery partners we do have limited scope to provide exact delivery dates/times beyond the tracking details, which will be why our team were unable to provide you with further information beyond that. “Easy to use website & lots of choices. I bought a Yoto audio book card. Its not been used yet as is for my Grandaughters birthday in January. I would have given 5 stars but knocked one off as it came in a huge box which had no protection if it had rained (the box was left outside as I was out). If it had rained the card would have been ruined. This item needs to be sent in a small padded envelope to go through the letterbox as its so small.”

“There is a wide range of quality developmental toys, fast delivery, excellent customer service, and the packaging is non excessive environmentally friendly. The toys focus on imaginative, screen-free play, can be a bit pricey but there is usually something to suit your price range.”

“Shipping was very slow, even considering the busy Christmas period. I ordered several small items, but they were simply tossed into a box without any bubble wrap or protective packaging. The prices are also higher compared to other kids’ websites, so I’ll likely shop elsewhere next time.”
