“Had an issue with my order (product issue) which customer services rectified within hours of emailing them. Have used the kid collective before and will do again. Really fast delivery and prompt dispatch. Great company and dedicated to putting things right if you are not completely happy”

“I am sorry but my rating is due to the delivery service. I paid more to have my parcel in time but not only they delayed, they sent me an email that no one was in at the time of delivery. No one contacted me in advance, no evidence of delivery attempts. We have been forced to go to the depot to get the parcel, 20 minutes away from my home. Awful experience! I will never buy again from someone using Royal Mail as delivery service.”

“I was introduced to The Kid Collective by my daughter when we were looking for Birthday presents for her 2 year old daughter [ my Grandaughter], I was blown away by the choices in every dept, always something new & interesting to brouse, it helps also when there are offers on items or a code to use for 20% or 30% off as some items are pricey but then again they are good top branded items, would like a bit more info on the items description though”
