Absolutely abysmal experience with The Kid Collective. Between them and Royal Mail, they lost my order which was a birthday present for my son. Once they were notified of the problem they made absolutely zero attempt to resolve things for me and so far have refused to refund me. Will never shop with them again!

As I write, my purchase has still not arrived. Ordered 19th November. Emailed to say shipped on 22nd November. Phoned this morning - 29th - no answer to the phone line, asked to email instead. Sorry, I'm the CUSTOMER and I don't have time to do that. Tracking number only activated mid morning today - 7 days after it had shipped. Message says "We expect to deliver your item today". I wait.

Hello Judith, I'm sorry to learn that your order didn't arrive within the desired timeframe. I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with delays. Unfortunately once we dispatch an order it is in the hands of Royal Mail, and it looks like in this instance it has taken the scenic route, complete with detours, pit stops and maybe a few wrong turns! We're really sorry for the delay, and any frustration this has caused. It is probable that your order will still arrive with you safely, but I can see that our Customer Care team have issued you with a full refund in the meantime. The item I ordered has still not be received and is a Christmas present for my grandaughter - as it it getting very close to Christmas Day I am vey concerned that it hasn’t arrived yet. Please look into this

Hello Angela, I am very sorry there was a delay in your parcel. As you may be aware Royal Mail have been striking and the dates affected are the 24th, 25th, 30th of November & 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th &15th of December. Because of this there is a backlog in the system as well as the influx of orders from Black Friday and the festive season. I can see from the tracking information that your item has now arrived. I apologise also about the review email that arrived to you before the item did. These are sent automatically and with the strikes causing delays it has meant these sometimes arrive before the item. Great product and quick service, however it says on your website the dolls are suitable for 0+ months, but on the Little Dutch packaging, which you don’t show on your website, it says 12 months+. I bought these as a gift for my daughter who will be 6 months old at Christmas. I’m disappointed that she will need to wait until she can play with them.

Good afternoon Hanna, I am so sorry your parcel isn't with you yet. As you ordered to Poland this can take a little while to clear customs. Your order was made on 30th July, dispatched by us on the 1st August, it left the UK to Poland on the 2nd August, arrived in Polish customs on the 7th August and is now out of customs and on its way to you as of the 11th August. This should arrive with you soon. :) x

Very disappointed. My climbing frame and slide arrived damaged. I have emailed a number of times over the past few weeks asking for a replacement...I’m still waiting. Not what I expect when spending so much money on an item. If you want something beautiful for your hundreds of pounds I’d buy elsewhere. The climbing frame is functional but not attractive.

Hi Louise, I am very sorry to hear that after our contact you are still disappointed with your purchase. We absolutely take on board that one of the rungs on your Wee'un Triangle was damaged, which we have arranged a replacement for. Sadly the other rungs do feature some natural wood grains beneath the paint which is completely normal. This is one of the beauties of natural wooden handmade toys, and not something we could consider as a fault. You are of course very welcome to return this item to us, as we have offered, and if you would like to continue to discuss this please pop us an email again. You did not raise any concerns with your slide, so we would like to look into this further too? We very much would like to resolve this for you and for you to be a happy customer.
