“I ordered a yoto card which arrived in good condition and was sent quickly. I have marked down because it could have been sent in an envelope, but was sent in a large box instead. Very unmailbox friendly for no reason and way too much packaging for such a small item.”

Hello Eleanor, I am sorry that you are unhappy with the packaging used. At this time of year we are sending out so many orders we are flying through our packaging options. It was likely used as it was the smallest packaging available at the time and the warehouse wouldn't want to delay you receiving your item, whilst we awaiting a packaging restock. We do typically send these in an envelope or letter box friendly box. I am glad to hear though that your Yoto Card arrived quickly and you are happy with it. Kind regards, Meg @ TKC x

“Ordering was easy, confirmation received of said order but no advice as to when it would be delivered unfortunately, it just arrived without notice and was left outside.”

“Item hasn't been "gifted" yet. No problems with arrival time, but did ask if item could be boxed as it was a gift (grand-child) but arrived in original state with sticky brown tape and postage label which to remove would damage the condition of the presentation box.”

Hello Elaine, I am ever so sorry you are unhappy with how your parcel has been shipped. We are very keen to reduce waste so this is one of few products that we send out not in a cardboard box due to the original packaging being suitable to do so. The item comes in a discreet and sturdy box that is not meant to be for presentation so we just secure with extra tape to ensure it arrives safely and ship it as it is. “I still haven’t received my order yet but it was international delivery so can take a little longer. I paid for international tracked (the more expensive postage) and then with the Swiss customs fees too - there was an additional 20gbp. I usually shop with online shops who offer DDP - Delivery Duty Paid. On this occasion with postage and customs fees it was more expensive that buying the toys full price in Switzerland!”

“IMPRESSIVE!!!! Great products, great service but quite expensive and didn’t have the tea set I wanted in stock. I will definitely return for a second look but would have to be for a special occasion rather then a treat as not within my budget really which is a shame as I loved the whole experience shopping with you”

“Order acknowledged immediately on Nov 30th and notified of dispatch. Still not received anything. Will be too late to give as Christmas gift after next Tuesday! Disappointed as I’ve heard great things about products and it is to compliment the dolls house from Santa.”

Hello, I am ever so sorry your item has not arrived. Royal Mail have had multiple strike days over the last few weeks which has caused postal delays nationwide. Hello Nicole, I am very sorry Nicole that we do not stock them separately. Unfortunately we can only purchase what the brands create. I am so glad though that your daughter loves it so much that it gets lots of love and hugs. If you did want an alternative our 21cm Miniland dolls would also fit in the moses basket so may be a nice alternative on wash days and gives more play opportunities in the future.
