“Second purchase from The Kid Collective. Product sent very swiftly (I chose the most basic postage option and it arrived within 48 hours, despite submitting the order on a Sunday!) Very good protective packaging. Product arrived in mint condition. Price was competitive with Amazon (and I would much sooner give the profit to a small company than Jeff Bezos!)”

“Ordered a few items from little Dutch and tiny Harlow for birthday presents. The items arrived and were very damaged, I sent over pics and evidence and was told to return the items for a refund, unfortunately I do not have the capacity to return the items due to a medical condition. I asked for a partial refund which was 15% I refused and asked for more I was given 20% which again is nothing. Considering how expensive the toys were and how badly damaged they were I was not impressed at all with the outcome. It’s not like I was going to gift or keep the items anyway as they were so badly damaged. Not too happy with customer service team. The outside box was not damaged so items left the shelf damaged before they were packed into a box. As lovely as the products on this website are I will not be buying again. It would have been worth spending a few more pounds using a different site which is known for better customer experience. If your items arrived damaged just know you won’t be offered much unfortunately.”

Hi, I can see that this issue was resolved with our team, all damaged items need to be returned in order for us to process refunds and we provide a collection service from home as an option for returns.
