Royal mail left the parcel by my front door, even though I had requested it go to local post office as we were away... They sent me a picture saying -delivered.. I had to get a freind from the village to go and rescue it in case it was stolen. Please use a different delivery company!!!!

Hello Heather, I apologise that Royal Mail chose to leave your parcel where you hadn't specified. In our terms and conditions on our website it states ''14- We reserve the right for parcels to be left in a "safe place" by our Royal Mail and courier partners. By choosing to order with us you are agreeing that your parcel may be left in a safe place should you not be home to receive your parcel. A safe place can be anything from, outbuildings, back gardens, bins, porches and neighbours'' I am glad a friend was able to rescue it for you and you received your items. Order accepted and money taken. Then order cancelled due to lack of stock. No good.
