“Never known a company with better customer service and quick turnarounds. I ordered on the Sunday and was able to collect my items on the Monday. The team are always so friendly and helpful. A pleasure to be their customer!”

“I’m very happy with my experience with The Kid Collective. They had the best prices for the toys I was looking for, the purchase went well and delivery was very quick. I then had an issue with one of the item’s quality, which was completely out of The Kid’s Collective’s control. Instead of saying that, they were very nice and contacted the toy maker on my behalf, going back-and-forth to get a replacement sent. They were really helpful and friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews but really had an outstanding experience with them.”

Royal Mail states their postage is the delivery aim and not a guarantee but as it was late as a goodwill gesture I am going to refund you your postage.
