“Ordering was easy, confirmation received of said order but no advice as to when it would be delivered unfortunately, it just arrived without notice and was left outside.”

“Quick and easy delivery, lovely range of items. I had items in multiple shopping baskets at other online retailers, so it was great to have access to it all in one place to save multiple delivery charges and they were at the best price as well. Very happy with our purchases for Christmas stockings, our children will love them.”

“Love the tuff tray I bought. Its large enough for 2 kids to play comfortably and the tray is very easy to clean and light. As it's not too big it can easily be stored away.”

“Item hasn't been "gifted" yet. No problems with arrival time, but did ask if item could be boxed as it was a gift (grand-child) but arrived in original state with sticky brown tape and postage label which to remove would damage the condition of the presentation box.”

Hello Elaine, I am ever so sorry you are unhappy with how your parcel has been shipped. We are very keen to reduce waste so this is one of few products that we send out not in a cardboard box due to the original packaging being suitable to do so. The item comes in a discreet and sturdy box that is not meant to be for presentation so we just secure with extra tape to ensure it arrives safely and ship it as it is.
