“Had an issue with my order (product issue) which customer services rectified within hours of emailing them. Have used the kid collective before and will do again. Really fast delivery and prompt dispatch. Great company and dedicated to putting things right if you are not completely happy”

“I am sorry but my rating is due to the delivery service. I paid more to have my parcel in time but not only they delayed, they sent me an email that no one was in at the time of delivery. No one contacted me in advance, no evidence of delivery attempts. We have been forced to go to the depot to get the parcel, 20 minutes away from my home. Awful experience! I will never buy again from someone using Royal Mail as delivery service.”
