“Our Grandaughter of 18 months is so happy with her pretty, sweet little Dutch stroller. Enjoying pushing her dolls and teddies around and adding various things into the little bag on the handles. It is sturdy and easy to fold away. It arrived promptly, nicely packaged. Pleased with purchase.”

“Great items but was disappointed with the needoh drop. I sat online and was adding items as they dropped. But they would be removed from my basket before I could check out so I missed out on ones my daughter wanted - I then had to make 3 separate orders with 3 postage costs! I asked for 2 to be refunded and all items to be posted in one parcel but was told no. Very disappointed considering I spend a small fortune on needohs and then £15 postage. Not sure if I would use the company again to order after this experience”

Hi Lianne, Thank you for your feedback & we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your experience. Due to extremely high traffic on the site at launch, there was an issue with stock syncing correctly across all products at the same time, which we understand was frustrating. That said, demand was exceptionally high & the NeeDoh drop sold out within minutes. Even if all stock had gone live simultaneously, we do not believe customers would have been able to secure multiple different styles in a single order given how fast everything was moving. We’re working on improvements to make future drops smoother & really appreciate your understanding and support. Kind regards, Keeley
