“I put in a order for 3 snowball needohs but I half put the address in so they could not deliver it luckly I reached out to then and they replied instantly and said they would send it back out to me and asked for my address I am so happy and so are my children thank you the kid collective”

“I’ve now ordered twice from the kid collective website and I have no complaints around the service from this company. Both times I’ve ordered my items were dispatched and delivered within 2-3 days. Items were well packaged to help minimise any damage. Very reasonable priced for items and delivery.”

“Ordered a doll’s cot for my granddaughter..there was a problem with the delivery. Customer Service sorted it out speedily and efficiently and even refunded the p&p! Fantastic service and doll’s cot is beautiful and a very good Price!”
