“I have placed a number of orders with The Kid Collective since we became grandparents, and every time I have had excellent service. Nice and easy website, ordering very simple and delivery very prompt. All items are packed perfectly too. Great choice, tho must admit I have only ordered from the Little Dutch range, and been delighted with everything. Many thanks, I'm sure I will be ordering again soon.”

“I ordered a yoto card which arrived in good condition and was sent quickly. I have marked down because it could have been sent in an envelope, but was sent in a large box instead. Very unmailbox friendly for no reason and way too much packaging for such a small item.”

Hello Eleanor, I am sorry that you are unhappy with the packaging used. At this time of year we are sending out so many orders we are flying through our packaging options. It was likely used as it was the smallest packaging available at the time and the warehouse wouldn't want to delay you receiving your item, whilst we awaiting a packaging restock. We do typically send these in an envelope or letter box friendly box. I am glad to hear though that your Yoto Card arrived quickly and you are happy with it. Kind regards, Meg @ TKC x
