“I used to have the broadmachine incubators which were very good with good hatch results but I have now scaled down and only breed a few mandarin, Carolina, and calls, so the rcom pro 10 plus is just the right size I was looking for and so far it is doing exactly what it says on the tin, a cracking little machine you just set it up let it reach the desired temp and put your eggs in then wait for thr the hatch, it will even tell when that is due, it's so easy. If you are going to buy one I recommend buying From the incubator shop as the customer service is second to none and they are always available for advice. You can put your total trust in the family run company. Nigel”

“The Incubator Shop were very helpful and quick to respond when I contacted them. They were also happy to refund the second postage when I ordered extra items and I'm very happy with the products I bought.”

“I ordered an incubator with a next day delivery on the 7th July I still have not received today 13th July The customer service seem to be blaming the courier - regardless if this is the couriers fault or not I am still without a product and £150 out of pocket and no offer has been made to ship a replacement at all - Very Poor service indeed from my experience”
