“Had a few things from these people now, So pleased with everything, but what I wanted to say is there after sale care is brilliant if I have a question about anything they are always there to help on the other end of the phone, nothing is too much trouble, very rare these days!! Excellent service would not go anywhere else.”

“Didn't have to wait for ages for my heat pad to arrive. Arrived all intact nothing bent or broken off as I've had on previous purchase I've made over the internet from different companys. Not used it yet as I'm still waiting for my baby ducks to hatch out”
