“The drinkers were the third set I'd had -previous two seemed better packed. These probably had too many in the one box consequently one of the handles was badly twisted. Additionally there were several plastic tops for some kind of feeder included.”

Hi Martin, I'm really disappointed to see a 2* review for The Incubator Shop. As a previous customer, you'll know our devotion to customer service and we'll always do our best to assist. If there's a problem with the items when they arrive, all you need to do is get in touch and we'll find a solution for you. Please, can you send us photos of the problem you're describing? I'll use them to contact our suppliers and couriers and find a solution for you. Kind regards, Mike The Incubator Shop

“Having ordered a treadle feeder (starlings were mobbing our other feeder) from a well known online superstore I waited weeks for delivery only to find out they had lost my order. So I searched online and the Incubator Shop had the best price and delivery to Northern Ireland. My order arrived promptly within a few days, well packaged and the free packet of love hearts and little voucher were a nice touch. Will definitely use them again if I need something for my chickens.”
