“So helpful from start to finish. As a beginner, the website is so easy to navigate and makes it very easy to see what is needed to set up. Great communication regarding delivery throughout. The items arrived in perfect condition and on time. I couldn't possibly recommend them more highly!”

“The package arrived very promptly all in good order. I will be setting the incubator up next week and will follow the instructions supplied. if I need help I won't hesitate to contact the folks at the Incubator Shop. The starter pack is a great idea for someone like myself who has thought about hatching for a while. Seeing this was just the thing to help me take the plunge. I am so looking forward to receiving my first eggs, (quail) another new venture.”

“I cannot speak too highly of the service I received from the Incubator shop. When I placed my order I spoke to Mike, who could not have been more friendly and helpful and my order was delivered promptly as discussed ,with both e-mail and text to inform of the time and day the order would arrive. Unfortunately, my order was a present for my son but he was unable to use it. I telephoned to discuss my options and spoke to Tony this time and again the service was second to none as he was so helpful about returning the package. he told me the best way to send it and assured me that my payment would be re-imbused as soon as they received the package. I understand they are a small company, the service is wonderful and I would highly recommend them.”

“Had a wonderful overall experience with The Incubator Shop. Their website was full of information and easy to use. I loved their pro-active approach of getting in touch via email, as I had saved my shopping cart to finalise the order later. Was also especially impressed by the time Tony took to write to me repeatedly and explain various things. They were also generous enough to ship next day despite having paid for a three day delivery. The goods arrived quickly and intact to my London address. I am now using the Brinsea series and hope not to encounter any problems. Aminder Bal”
