“I have been very impressed with the service I received from The Incubator Shop from start to finish, their customer service is second to none ,my delivery was swift and I was contacted all the time on my mobile as to where my shipment was and even told the name of the driver and given an hour slot for my delivery , that's what I call service , it's a shame there are not more companies with the same attention to detail and fantastic work ethic. “I have bought from theincubatorshop several times and have been more than happy with their service and speed. My latest buy had a missing mains lead (which was probably Not their fault), but one phone call and it was with me the next day with no quibbling at all. All companies have occasional problems like this - its how they deal with them that separates the good companies out! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Got what I ordered, even know who packed it, works perfectly. delivered not in the 4 days expected but in 2 days. All in all a very good service from ordering on line to receipt. only trouble I am having is registering my purchase for the 2 year cover. Every box is completed but throws me back.”

“excellent service on the sales side but the only drawback is the delivery I think you should be looking for another delivery company other than Interlink express it took them 3 days for my delivery that is week days and the staff are not helpful to the Clients when you phone them they also do not tell the truth. I have no fault issues with your Company and Mike White has been most helpful in trying to get this order delivered. PS. The word express in the name does not mean what it says Kind Regards Margaret Bolton”

“Mike at the incubator shop was so helpful, we had mission critical as tortoise had laid eggs! Delivery due next morning which happened as promised, together with advice as a colleague had hatched tortoise eggs... Brilliant service!”
