“It's not just a Internet shop. Communication with theincubatorshop has so far been top notch. I use to order through other rcom sellers and would wait several days for a reply. “Great service and packaging but unfortunately the hatching mat was missing so I had to spend out £7 on eBay for a pack of replacements. My duck eggs are quite big and so the automatic turner doesn’t work with them so matter how long I set the turning seconds to which is a shame but I’m sure with smaller chicken eggs it would work ok. Over all ok and I would buy again from here :)”
