“I called for some advise on Monday morning about the best incubator for my needs. I ordered on line and It arrived the following morning. I checked other websites for the best price but the incubator shop came in line with the others. The best service and helpful with out being pushy to sell. Highly recommended. Steve”

“The only problem I had was with the courier. I paid for next day delivery but it didn't come until the day after. They messaged with the correct date and then messaged again with the following day. Nat acceptable as I had paid for the service and I was relying on the service for a customer of my own.”

Hi Gillian, Many thanks for the review. I'm sorry to hear that the parcel was a day late. According to the tracking information it was held at their depot for an extra day, but it doesn't say why. So i'll be contacting them on your behalf to investigate. In the meantime, i will refund you the delivery charge since it didn't arrive in the expected timescale. I'll try to reclaim from DPD independently. I can see that you have now got the goods and i hope everything is going well. If you need any help in the future, just let me know. “Exceptional customer service! I’m a Wildlife rehabber and I phoned up in desperate need of an Intensive Care Incubator Unit. The kind gentleman halted the courier truck and rushed my box onto the van so that I would have it by the next morning. He was literally a life saver! Cant recommend them enough! Brilliant service and communication.”
