“Exceptional customer service! I’m a Wildlife rehabber and I phoned up in desperate need of an Intensive Care Incubator Unit. The kind gentleman halted the courier truck and rushed my box onto the van so that I would have it by the next morning. He was literally a life saver! Cant recommend them enough! Brilliant service and communication.”

“Best customer service I have ever dealt with, gave me total confidence. Our incubator fan packed up this year, just as we were setting the eggs. I phoned the incubator shop and they contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. The very next day a new fan arrived with instructions on how to install and we were up and running again. Thank you incubator shop.”
