“After my purchase of the rcom 20 pro which I received fantastic service I had need of some advice on an older incubator the school had and I could not find the instructions to reset the unit, upon ringing The Incubator Shop I was given excellent advice not only on how to reset over the phone but offered additional email advice as well, above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks.”
